Violet Grove Jewellery creates handmade gemstone jewellery inspired by nature, including bracelets, necklaces and earrings.
All Violet Grove Jewellery pieces are handmade or finished by hand. Because we use natural gemstones, each item may vary slightly in colour, size, shape, pattern and finish.
These natural variations are part of the character of handmade gemstone jewellery and should not be treated as faults.
Product photographs are taken to represent each item as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings or lighting conditions.
Our jewellery may include natural gemstone chips, rough gemstones, elastic cord, stainless steel findings, and other jewellery-making materials.
Bracelets and some necklaces are usually made using elastic cord, either as one-size pieces or made to size where stated.
Where metal components are used, these will usually be stainless steel unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description.
Please check the full product description before ordering, especially if you have metal sensitivities or allergies.
Some items may be made to order or made to size. If a piece is made specifically to your requested size, design choice or personal specification, it may be classed as a customised item.
Customised, personalised or made-to-size items may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the item to us.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled more than necessary or returned in a used, damaged or incomplete condition.
For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if they are unworn and returned in their original condition.
Where earrings are supplied in sealed hygiene packaging, they cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
